On the Plan tab tap New Workout. Name it, add exercises, and set your own reps and weights per set. Add a rest block anywhere you want a break. Everything in the app is built by you — there are no prescribed programs.
Tap a day to expand it, then tap each set chip as you finish it. The exercise ticks itself once every set is in. You can also tap the checkbox to complete a whole exercise at once. Your history appears on the Report tab.
Tap your athlete's name at the top of the Plan tab, then Share live with coach/parent…. They'll get an invite link. Once they accept, you both see and edit the same program. You can revoke access any time from the same menu. This requires DIY Training Pro.
This is expected. Videos stay on the device that uploaded them and are not sent with a shared program or an exported workout — they can be very large. Links you add to an exercise do travel with a shared program.
On your device open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose DIY Training, then cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
Open the Report tab and tap Restore, making sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you purchased with. Lifetime Access and active subscriptions both restore this way.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com. We aren't able to issue refunds directly.
On your device. We run no server and cannot see your training data. If you share a program it syncs through your own iCloud account. See the Privacy Policy.
Any single workout can be sent as a file: open its ⋯ menu and choose Send a copy…. The recipient can import it with the Import button on the Program tab.
