These Terms govern your use of the DIY Training iOS app, published by OnBaseIQ, LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Prices are in USD and may vary by storefront.
Manage or cancel at any time: on your device open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DIY Training on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
Workouts, notes, videos and other content you create remain yours. We claim no ownership. Because the app stores your content on your device (and, if you choose to share, in your own iCloud account), you are responsible for keeping your own backups. You are responsible for having the right to use any video or link you add.
DIY Training is a planning and logging tool, not medical or fitness advice. It does not prescribe workouts, verify that any exercise is safe or appropriate for you, or supervise your technique. All programs and content in the app are created by you or by people you choose to share with.
Strength training carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified physician or coach before beginning any training program, especially if you have an existing condition or injury. Stop if you experience pain. You use the app and perform any exercise entirely at your own risk.
If you share a program, invited people can view and — if you grant edit access — change it. Only invite people you trust. You can revoke access at any time in the app.
Do not use DIY Training to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or share content you have no right to share.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnBaseIQ, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or injury arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate the licence if you materially breach these Terms.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
